Policies
1. Age Group
Wild at Play is designed for little explorers aged 1 to 6 years old. Siblings are always welcome. An adult caregiver must accompany each child at all times.
2. Supervision
Caregivers are responsible for supervising their child during all activities. Our facilitators lead the sessions but do not provide individual child supervision.

3. Registration & Payment
All sessions must be registered and paid for in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept cash or Venmo.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
If we cancel a session due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer a make-up day or a class credit. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, but credits may be issued at our discretion.
5. Weather Policy
We play rain or shine! Please dress appropriately for the weather, including waterproof gear and extra layers when needed. In the event of extreme weather (e.g., lightning, high winds, poor air quality), we will notify families of cancellations or postponements via email. A class credit will be offered if we need to cancel due to weather.
6. Health & Safety
If your child is feeling unwell or has had a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea within the last 24 hours, please stay home to keep our community safe. We follow basic hygiene practices such as hand-washing before snack time.
7. Clothing & Gear
Nature play is messy play! Children should wear clothes they can move freely in and get dirty. Closed-toe shoes are required. Please pack a water bottle, snacks, and a change of clothes.
8. Inclusivity
We warmly welcome all families to join our Wild at Play community! If your child has any specific needs or sensory sensitivities, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’re happy to make thoughtful accommodations so everyone can have a joyful and comfortable experience.

9. Snack & Nut-Free Policy
To keep all our little explorers safe, Wild at Play is a nut-free space. Please do not bring snacks containing nuts or nut products. We encourage families to pack healthy, allergy-friendly snacks and to let us know if your child has any other food allergies or dietary needs. Thank you for helping us create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone!
10. Photography Permissions
We love capturing the joy and wonder of outdoor play! Photos and videos taken during Wild at Play sessions may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or printed materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know when completing our waiver form online. Your child’s safety and privacy are important to us, and we use all media responsibly and respectfully.

11. Community Mindset
At Wild at Play, we believe in kindness, respect, and supporting one another. We encourage families and little explorers to treat everyone with gentle hands and friendly words. If any challenges arise, our team will work with you to find a positive solution.
